MEDICAL CHECK-UP The company offers all employees once a year a complete package of preventive analysis.
HEALTH POLICIES In addition to contract covers, Cambiaso Risso provides additional health insurance.
PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT since June 2020, the company has provided employees with psychological support through a professional psychologist. In 2024 the company started a collaboration with Mindwork, specialized in the promotion and development of psychological well-being.
FLEXIBLE BENEFITS for the years 2023 and 2024, the Company has provided an amount for each employee, which can be used via a dedicated platform.

THEATER FOR FAMILIES as part of Genoa National Theater sponsorship, an afternoon review intended for children and their families is offered to employees with the aim of creating a space for families and introduce kids to theater.
TEAM BUILDING/VOLUNTEERING several team-building are offered by the company to employees: snowshoeing and excursions, seabed cleaning activity (as part of the Spazzapnea operation clean seabed project sponsored by Cambiaso Risso), exhibitions, concerts and guided tours. Aperitifs, cooking classes. Voluntary activities.
ONLUS LUIGI RISSO is the association dedicated to employees living difficult personal situations.
CR SUNNY CAMP the summer camp for employees’ kids starts in 2020 to deal with the suspension/reduction of summer educational services due to Covid-19. In 2024 reaches its fifth edition. In 2023 CR Sunny Camp hosted 33 children aged between 2 and 11 years, followed by four educators, from mid June to the end of July.
ERASMUS PROJECT is dedicated to New Gen. It a semester of work in one office of CR network. In the first half of 2024 two Erasmus programs are active (Genoa/Paris – Genoa/Bergen)
NEW GEN a recent project aimed at under 30 within the company, with particular attention to their training and education. An annual “New Gen” initiative includes three days of coaching and team-building. In 2023, around 30 young people participated in the event in Gressoney, coaching/training activities and outdoor sports courses (climbing wall) alternated together with senior company figures and external trainers/psychologists.
