GENOA SEA BROKERS WIDENS ITS BUSINESS WITH A NEW OFFICE IN GREECE

Genoa Sea Brokers, the shipbroking arm of Cambiaso Risso Group, establishes GSB Athens in the Greek capital.

Located in Piraeus, the newco will serve clients within the Greek Shipping community and overseas with regards to vessels sale&purchase, newbuildings, valuation and financing. The establishment of GSB Athens follows the recent one of GSB London, focused on dry cargo chartering.

As anticipated in the occasion of GSB London operation, the Italian shipbroking company is committed to grow the number of international offices in the next years.

Genoa Sea Brokers has a long-standing history in the shipping industry (dating back to 1989) during which it has consolidated a wide network of international contacts and a deep knowledge of the market enabling the company to provide a reliable and qualitative service to its clients.

The move allows Genoa Sea Brokers to boost its presence in the Greek market where Cambiaso Risso have been operating in the last 50 years. Cambiaso Risso Group staff reaches 450, with a total premium volume exceeding USD 1 bn and a net revenue of USD 90 m, as an aggregate of broking, consultancy, shipbroking, shipping and forwarding agency.
